Returns & Exchanges – Fit Loop

At Fit Loop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return & exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange (e.g., undergarments, worn apparel, clearance sale items).


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customersupportfitloop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide confirmation.

  3. Ship Back the Item: Send the product to our return address (shared upon approval).

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or send the replacement.


Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as per your choice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


Delivery Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent, Fit Loop will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If returned for personal reasons (e.g., size change, style preference), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
